It is a pretty nice magazine. It only comes out in print every quarter, and it's in very limited circulation (it came through the mail in a big envelope). Otherwise, the two issues I have recieved seem worth it to me. The winter 2005 issue sitting right in front of me has about 50 pages and a wide variety of articles. Jetta TDI, Highlander Hybrid, Mild Hybrids, Hydrogen cars, and much more make for a well-rounded magazine. The only downside is the price. I got it as a gift, but heard that it was pretty expensive.
