After seeing a Highlander Hybrid TV spot in the Chicago market announcing 1.9% financing, I looked at kbb.com that shows the incentives.

1.9% is also listed in the Chicago, Gulf States, Kansas City regions.
3.9% in the Central Atlantic, Cincinnati, LA, and San Francisco regions.
$2000 cash in the Denver region

Let's see ... if you are in Denver, you get the Colorado tax benefit, the 2006 tax credit, and now $2000 cash?!
