These are some experiences I have had.
Back in 2003, I was on the access road to I35 in Lewisville. The freeway has three lanes, but I had to speed up to 75mph to get on because someone was in the rightmost lane not yielding.
Some guy was chatting while driving. The Texas licence plate on his Escalade SUT pickup truck was:
"MF 4"
What am I supposed to think?

A few months ago an Escalade SUV went out of the way to make turning from Preston Road to the LBJ road difficult. BTW, he did not use the lane to turn into the freeway but went straight ahead.

I'm not putting this in the Escalade thread as it might be more procative. Local Dallas Escalade commercials had lines have lines that come just short of saying "you drive this to kick a**", and "others will follow or get out of the way".
Yes, I've suffered rude bikers, Civics, etc.
I definitely think GM's marketing has catered to the bully and it's clearly exhibited by Escalade drivers more than your typical driver.
