I was looking at the 7thgencivic forum topic on LED and turn signals, and one issue they have found is that changing the turn signals to LEDs causes them, in Hondas, to hyperblink. The theory is that they use a fraction of the energy. The workaround is to also install a resistor.

BTW, in the 8thgeneration civic forum, they use the new hybrid side view mirrors as a mod to non hybrids, because of the built in signal. Go figure.
