We have all made some questionable choices and had our share of bad luck but this guy has got to take the cake for all time:

Army opening criminal probe into Tillman's death

Ok first the guy turns down a $3.6 million dollar contract to serve our country. Some might call that honorable. Then the guy gets shot and killed in Afghanistan. They originally said that the Taliban did it so at least the guy was a hero.

Now it looks like his own troops shot the poor guy! Can you believe it!
