When Prius 2G first became available I remember reading many posts from new owners who tried to lock the smart key inside. Most common tries included rolling down one or more windows and even climbing out the window!!

On the practical side, when my wife and I exit our Prius we need to remember to take out the other driver's FOB, sometimes taking it out of a suitcase or daypack.
