Hell, I just got the car on January 13th! Apparently the mechanic wrote down the wrong number or made up a number. I finally did get it cleared up with the service manager and he had to write a completely new order so he could input the correct mileage and give me a new receipt which I am supposed to get in the mail. He said the updated receipt would then be the one that is input into their system for tracking purposes. Luckily for this site that I was able to go into the database and collect the mileage from my fill-ups and give him those numbers.

Yes, I was wondering about that. If they have to replace the guage cluster then the lifetime odometer must get wiped out. Are you saying they can set the new one to the correct mileage?
Interim report about my car - I had an appointment for Friday. They said all they needed to do was update the software. I was skeptical due to what I had read here. Took the car in, left it most of the day, only to get a call that they need to order the part for me. Once they get the part I'll take it in again - probably next Friday.
