Hope some one can help! I ordered a HCH-II conditional to a test drive. I was able to find one while out of town during Easter. I took it out for a test drive and it would not go in to Auto Stop. However, after shuting off the defrost it seems to start working.

I was able to maintain a speed of about 30MPH (50km/h), but the car would not go into EV Mode. Is there a method or trick to this; like the defrost for Auto Stop? Any special criteria?
