Don't know how the Camry's dimensions are, but I had very poor luck fitting a mountain bike in my '92 Toyota Corolla with back seat down. It fit, but not without scratching both the bike and the trunk lip (and nearly breaking the trunk light.
Camry is a larger vehicle than the Corolla but maybe it'll be a better fit. I ended up with a Saris trunk bike rack mount for the Corolla.
