Welcome aboard, Entex. My father-in-law-to-be is very seriously considering an Accord Hybrid (not because of any gas savings potential but because of the extra power....) as his next vehicle... so I shall be following your progress with the Accord hybrid with great interest.

I'd have to assume that your comments that the differences are minimal will play well on him, since I don't think he's thinking of going hybrid in order to "play the mileage game" quite like some folks are.

If I might be so bold to ask... what were you driving before the HAH? I'm curious how he'll find the experience, going from driving a pair of Intrepids... one early 90's, and the other an.... '98? The first year of the "new" Chrysler design where they started making everything look like different-sized versions of the same car?
