2002 Merc 240 Automatic

HAH is quieter (less engine and wind noise), more powerful, larger interior, slightly less comfortable for passenger (manual, minimally adjustable seat vs. 8 way electric), same size trunk although wider/taller opening, better radio reception, doesn't have auto-on headlights (although you can leave the headlights on all the time, ignore the warning chime and they will go off), requires more care when shifting into drive - really easy to put it into D3, much better climate control, no telematics. Average mileage over 45K miles for Merc was 26.5, no real on-board computer display (avg. speed, instant mpg, distance to empty, etc.)
