Thanks for the reply.
Since I do not have the nav system I can not determine what was the battery charge level. However, I did notice that the battery was charging re: the small gauge on the left of the instrument panel. Since I had driven about 4-5 miles I would assume that the battery was charged enough to go to EV mode at a complete stop or below about 30-35 mph.
The outside temp was low to mid-70's and somewhat humid since we had some morning rain. I have driven in similar conditions weather-wise ,temp and humidity, before but not experienced this issue. That why I will drive it at lunch to see if the issue persists or not.
Any thoughts or suggestions??
