Actually, no, the Accord Hybrid only comes with the automatic tranny.

"Powertrains and Performance:
Most Accords come with either a 160-horsepower, 2.4-liter inline four or a 240-hp, 3.0-liter V6. Select the Hybrid sedan, which pairs an electric motor with the standard V6, and you'll get a combined 255 hp and 232 lb-ft of torque. Four-cylinder engines can be had with either a five-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission; V6 and Hybrid models come only with the automatic. A short-throw six-speed manual is available on the V6-powered EX coupe.
