Small world, I live in Yakima. Now, I know that Phillips operates stuff here, but was never sure what. I dated a girl for a short time in high school and the only reason they moved here was because her father got transferred in. He worked for Phillips (now ConocoPhillips). Anyway, I can't vouch for their program, but I can say they do have offices here and I know of people that work for them; I can also vouch for the weather. But it is winter here, right now, and you know it every day.

I suppose what I'm most curious about is why they don't offer some form of cash compensation to volunteers in addition to the rental car?
