i've been having a few issues lately myself with the california drivers, epically on base. apparently to them going the speed limit is going too slow, and 10 mph+ is average. this leads to some interesting actions taken by said drivers when i turn. it seems my departing gives them the courage to honk or otherwise declare their anguish with my driving the speed limit.

im curious what you mean by rebooting your hch?

i've been practicing my driving, but am having a bit of trouble keeping my results , and unfortunately the only way for me to break 54.8mpg is to draft semi's on the freeway. :/ and even then i could only keep the 55.2 for so long.
