My other half states that she would buy a HCH II because the EPA vs actual is closer to what is advertised. According to EPA the Prius should be at 55.5mpg while the HCH II should be at 50mpg.(As she looks over my shoulder)

We have a provision for members to indicate which method they use when posting tank data. I use the lower "calculated at the pump" figures which is indicated in the database on the lower right by this:

If you get really bored you could test your theory by checking the percentage of members in each group that use each method.
