If I do the avg of the ones that qualify according to the rules laid out above.

HCHII CVT 47.9
PriusII 48.3

I don't think there will be much difference between the 2 unless you drive a lot of bumper to bumper traffic. But I guess time will tell. Lets see when there are more HCHII datapoints that are useful.
