Informal survey of how much a 2004 HCH CVT with 35k miles on it in mint condition is worth.

While I love my HCH, I may end up letting it go if I no longer have to make my long commute. Any folks out there trade in or bought/sold one recently? I am wondering what it's really worth. KBB and NADA price it between 17k and 20k depending on trade-in vs retail price. Trade in prices are also a bit deceptive because they are often inflated to hide what would otherwise have been a discount on the new car. Still wondering what you all have experienced.
