I think they miss an important point in this survey, they seem to be focused on the envirnment as the one set of questions has to do with spending more for an environmentally safer car, but honestly while the envirnement is important, my #1 reason for the TCH was saving myself money on gas. Based on my TL switching to the TCH pays for itself in 1 year. $1032 gas savings and $2600 from Feds. True if I had bought a ICE Camry I would save, but not nearly as much that quickly as I guess a ICE Camry aroudn town for me woudl get 25MPG at best and I am getting 36+ MPG in the TCH.
