Where I live I would wind up hiring an attorney to keep me out of jail for reckless driving long before I hit the top speed. Aside from which there are no safe roads for that kind of speed where I live.

Anyhow, check your tires. My guess is that the top speed is electronically governed by the speed rating of the tires. I believe T rated tires are speed rated for 119 mph, so I could definitely believe your numbers.
