Since the 3.0.7 forum software upgrade, I have been unable to figure out why the attachments and ratings systems have stopped working in the Learn section. Because of this and the fact that there is bigger, better software available for the articles area, I think I will go ahead and install
this system instead. So, if you see some funny things going on over there, that's what this is about.
