I had started a thread a few weeks ago, where I lamented the apparent easy scratching/black markings on the silver/grey surfaces of the FOB from my coins/other keys in my pocket. As it turns out, they aren't scratches, or permanent black marks .... They just wipe right off. I had assumed (incorrectly) the silver/grey was only a paint/veneer over black plastic, but it seems not to be an issue, at least so far.
