Default got a dog barrier in your prius?

does anyone use a dog gate / barrier / net in their prius? some of the wagons i am looking at have dividers so dogs (in my case two pugs) can ride in the hatch area. that would be helpful for beach days when my dogs get all slopped up...

i don't see why a divider couldnt be used in a prius, being that it is a hatchback. any info would be appreciated, as this is one of my considerations for purchase.

thanks

Before I trained the dogs, I would tie their leashes to the head rests on the back seat. This gave them enough freedom to look out the window, sleep on the seat or sneak up the front divider for a quick sniff and pat. But now they are trained and know to stay on the 'dog seat.'

GOOD LUCK!

I'm sure there is a barrier that would would fit- they come in all configurations. Check out J&B Wholesale.

I use seatbelt harnesses for my dogs- that way they can't jump out of the car, or be injured in an accident. And less gear in the car when they aren't with me.
