No idea what your rattle is, but there are these little yellow clip things that can come off the plastic parts, and sometimes they can go someplace that you can't get at, so if a Toyota service required removing anything they may have just used a new yellow clip if one fell off instead of fishing it out of the dash.
In this car everything rattles and buzzes when the stereo is turned up past 35%
