Here’s a few comments on your review, since you asked for them.
1. The system that stops the car is spelled “brakes”, not breaks.
2. Some more details that could be added: The automatic climate control measures the humidity, engine coolant temperature, and the inside and outside temperatures to obtain a comfortable environment. It will not blow cold air into the passenger space when heat is required in the automatic mode.
3. Although the vehicle utilizes high voltage, the wires are insulated and protected to eliminate the risk of shock. The only way someone could get a serious injury would be to take a hacksaw or cable cutter to one of the orange cables. There is nothing that you can “touch” that would expose you to the high voltage. It would take tools and a deliberate effort to cause damage to be injured. You don’t have to be careful what you touch. (Except for hot engine parts and moving parts such as the fan.)
Note: I think, but am not sure, that the high voltage is completely disconnected at the battery when the system is turned off. Thus even if you cut one of the orange cables, you are safe if the car is turned off. This statement should be double-checked: I’m basing it on my memory of some previous posts on either 2004-Prius or Prius-Technical Yahoo! Groups.
4. How about something about the start/power button and how it works differently depending upon whether or not your foot is on the brake when you press the button. Maybe you can come up with a better description of how it works than the one in the manual.
