Well mainly because SC is a great place to live. I would rate western NC as another good choice. I also only work 3-4 days a week on average. Have fun, Rick

I wanted to address the two-seater issue.

I have to admit that atwo seater is not for everyone.
For example, if you have a family of more than two people and can only afford one car, a two seater is not an option. But if you can afford more than one car, I encourage you to assess whether a two seaterr might make sense.

Here's my story...
In our family we have 5 people: Two adults; Three chilrden under age 8.
We have two cars: A minivan and an Insight.

Before we bought an Insight I had a Colt Vista Wagon (which I loved!).
In order to assess whether a two seater was feasible, I tracked how often I drove in my car alone. And for the times I was not by myself I looked at whether the van would have been available for me to drive instead. In 99% of the cases, I could have taken the van instead. I had just opted to drive the wagon. usually out of convenience.
To me this made it obvious that a two seater was feasible for our family, and, in fact, it probably made a lot of sense to make a change.

My biggest concern about the aluminum body is the cost to have it fixed. It's more expensive to get aluminum repaired than steel. Plus I'm not sure if my regular shop would even work on it.

Hmmm... for fun I'll have to call them and see.

Hopefully I won't need their services.
