Default anybody trade in their HCHII...what are you getting for it?

I am thinking of trading in my 2006 HCHII non-nav with 14,500 miles on it. But, I went to look and the offers I got were an insult. I was given as low as $15,000 to as high as $17,000. I know it is dependent on what region you are in and what car you are getting. The other car was a 2007 Honda Civic Si sedan and they were willing to sell it at invoice or a bit less. But, they wouldn't give me what I wanted...at least $19,500. KBB trade in is $20,300 without the foglights and splash guards factored in. Am I asking too much. I am not in a rush and just thought I would see if I could get into a 2007 Honda Civic Si sedan for very little. I know it isn't green like the HCHII, but to me driving the HCHII has sucked the fun out of driving. But, I put that in the back seat when I see the FE I am getting.

If you're in Southern California, you should able to sell it for $20K with HOV stickers.

You're getting ripped. I got $15,600 trade-in on my 2004 hybrid with 35,000 miles and heavily smoked in, on a new 2007 hybrid at MSRP (no dealer markup).
