Has anyone changed the Interior Cabin Air Filter yet?
If so, please give basic directions!

Just did mine...

Bought them from the dealer....

Took five minutes...boy, were the old ones dirty...at 30K miles.

Open the glove box,

Empty it....

Pry out the stops from both sides so that it drops down,

Pull out the tray with the first filter, slid over and pull out the tray with the second filer,

Remove and replace the filters in the trays,

Insert the second filter tray and slide to the right,

Insert the first filter tray,

Flip up the glove box and insert the stops so that they snap in,

Refill the glove box and close it......

Did mine in about 5 minutes as well, and yes, they were pretty dirty.
Also did my engine air filter, and it was dirty too @ 30,000 miles.

Total cost for the air filer, and both cabin filters was $81!! Yikes! I can't wait for Fram to make the darn things!

Maybe OEM parts are more expensive, but you can get those filters non OEM and save money at the outset.

Got this from another forum a while back:

"The ones I used were made by Wix. The part number is 24817. It takes two and there were two in one box. Total cost for them including tax was $22.83."

Got this today from autopartswarehouse.com:

"Civic Hybrid Air Filter B1000-118503 $19.66 "

So that comes to WAY less than $81, if you want to use non-OEM parts......FYI gents.....
