Default Discovery

Just noticed this weekend that the center arrest has a slide out cover! Love finding new things like that.

Also finally had enough of having the un-usable power port in the armrest compartment. Drilled a large hole through the side to run cell-phone or palm pilot.

Good for you. We gotta take it upon ourselves to fix their retarded ideas. Nice work. :-)

Was drilling really necessary? My armrest still closes and locks into place without any problems with my car charger cord coming out of it...

I do the same with my radar detector - I plug it into the outlet in the armrest as it enables me to just drop the entire thing into the armrest when i park. I just run the wire out the side of the armest so it doesn't interfere with the latching. Seems to work fine for me.

I wish they put an Aux port in there too. Then I wouldn't have to keep moving my iPod when I park.
