It's not so much the emissions stuff I worry about but all the electronics. A glitch there could really be painfull.

I wonder if my vehicle is covered under the "clean" state rules. I live in Rhode Island but purchased my vehicle in Seekonk,MA where I always buy my Honda's. If I ever have a warranty issue I always bring it there. I noticed that at the bottom it said something about a vehicle being "distributed" from one of the clean states that it is covered.

here's what it reads in the 2006 Honda Warranty article:

**2006 Civic Hybrid and Accord Hybrid models distributed in California, New York, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts and Connecticut meet Advanced Technology Partial Zero Emission Vehicle (AT-PZEV) standards.

Is the warranty from www.myhondawarranty.com a Honda Care warranty that will be honored at all Honda dealers? Or is this a 3rd party warranty?

Yes it is true Honda Care and I used it for the first time a week ago at my Honda Dealer in NY.

We are awaiting a part and will arrange for a rental replacement if needed through Honda Care.
