The front floor mat on my 2003 HCH keeps sliding forward. I see a place on the floor mat where you can attach it to prongs (just in front of the seat) to keep it from sliding, and there is a 'cut-out' on the floor where it looks like the prongs should be attached, but no prongs.

Is my car missing the prongs, or did they just not come on the hybrid? I have a 2001 Oddessy and it has the prongs that hold the floor mats in place.

The prongs come with the mat. I just bought the floor mats from honda and the hardware came with it.

I like the fit of the honda mats much better then the mats I bought from a discount auto parts store. I recomend getting the honda once if you haven't got them. The price is very heafty though like $90 for front and rear.

Same thing with my car, it turned out the dealer had forgotten to assemble the hooks that keep the mat from sliding around. Here is a picture of the hooks.
