Smile Got One

Hey Everyone...

My wife and I picked up our new 2005 Eternal Blue HCH AT-PZEV CVT last night. This will primarily be my wife's car. I wanted to say thank you for helping me decide with the choice. I had started the thread ( 2005 Civic EX with side bags vs. 2005 HCH AT-PZEV) and appreciated the comments there. I had a chance to drive the car for about 12 miles yesterday. So far so good. It seems really nice.

Congrats! I just picked up my 2005 ULEV HCH MT on Monday and have been loving it. So far on my two trips to work I'm averaging 49.2 MPG without *really* trying, and I need to check the tire pressure as well. Some on the board say it should be set to above what the dealer puts 'em at. Enjoy!!

Congratulations! While I believe you would enjoy either the EX or the Hybrid, I am thoroughly convinced you will enjoy and appreciate the Hybrid more.

Because of:
- Fuel economy
- Smooth quiet ride
- Ability to tell your kids and grandkids that you were on the leading edge of adopting technologies that helped release us from the grip of dependence on oil

Keep us posted on your experience and impressions.

Congratulations to bothe ChesapeakeTechie and wxhall.

IMO, you made a wonderful choice. I still regret not "pulling the trigger" on my purchase (May 2004) earlier.
