Wheel is 16 lbs. and tire is 19 lbs.

If you want some light weight wheels check out the Kosei K1-TS on Tire rack. I have a set of these 15's on my 92 Saturn SC electric conversion and I shaved 8 lbs of rotating wheel per corner. The 15's are 12.6 lbs each! It made a big difference in acceleration power required. They are a bit wider, but the existing tires should fit just fine.
