How do you delete from the address book - GreenHybrid

I have a number of items in the navigation address book that are no longer needed - I can't find a way to delete them. Am I missing something obvious. I can't believe that there is no way to do this. Thanks for any help.

(When the entry is displayed, the Delete button should be enabled.)
