Hi all,
Ever since I got my HCH, it's getting increasingly difficult sitting in traffic on the freeway when the carpool lane is moving!
I sent my paperwork in on 11/23 and they still have not cached my check.

How long did it take?

BTW, I saw a 2006 HCH with carpool stickers last week driving in Mt View.

Took about a month for me. Still haven't put them on. No HOV lane on way to work. I used to golf much more often and that took me out further where it would matter. Haven't solo drived near a carpool lane in months...waste of 8 dollars

Most my commute is along 85 Fwy in San Jose.. 15 miles @ 45min or 15 min in carpool

That's my commute too. I'm lucky in that my hours are flexible, so I usually don't leave the house until 9am, and stay at work til 7pm (avoiding carpool hours), but it will be nice to be able to leave earlier and come home earlier.

Based on this thread over at hybridcars.com, it seems like it takes 3-4 weeks. I sent my application in on 11/21 and they just cashed my check yesterday, so look for yours to be cashed in the next couple of days. I'm hoping to see my stickers in the next week or so.

We should carpool . I work near Shoreline.
I leave after 9AM but even that is taking 30min - it's the commute home that I'd like to cut short.

Expect about 3-4 days after they cash your check. I got mine today, sent my paperwork in on 11-17
