Default How often do you change your oil?

Just wondering how often people change their oil in their HCHs. I am getting close to my first oil change and want to know if there are any benefeits one way or the other.

I'm an Insight guy, but the oil is changed every 3-4K with Mobil One 0-20W. I bought a couple of boxes since it's being discontinued.

I've been told, and also believe, that regular oil changes are the easiest way to extend engine life. I change it every 3K, which is about every 3 months. 4 changes a year is about $140. Seems like a reasonable preventative measure to me.
