Try this link. I found this on another site, but this guy has all of the TSBs. The 08-001 is the most up-to-date with the '08 HCH listed and it has all 5 pages.

I got mine replaced yesterday. I wish I had seen this thread earlier. Every time I took my HCHII to my dealer, I asked them to rotate the tires. Every time they said the tires were all wearing evenly and didn't need to be rotated. I always paid more attention to the tread on the front tires anyway.

Last week, I decided they should finally be rotated (after 30K miles) and took them to a place that rotates for free. I was surprised that one of the tires they pulled forward was worn down to the wear bars. Anyway, I got new tires on Saturday and got the rear control arms and alignment yesterday.

I originally had the Dunlop SP31 A/S tires and replaced them with the Bridgestone Insignia SE200-02 tires.

Should I have it replaced even if there is no evidence of bad ride/tire wear (my tires are wearing evenly and will make it to 35000-40000)? The dealer says don't mess with it if it is not causing problems.

Larry Miller Honda in Salt Lake City didn't even look at my car. I told them my tires are wearing unevenly and quickly, and that I have heard of a TSB to fix the control arms. They ordered a redesign kit and told me they would call when it was in to schedule the fix, and that it would take about half a day. They did say that Honda would not do anything about my tires, despite them being below 25,000 miles. That was okay with me since I do not want to buy (even at 25% off) another set of these crappy Dunlops.

I got my 06 HCH fixed yesterday. My dealer said he had to look at the numbers stamped on the arms before he could do the service bulletin. It seems I had the defective parts, so he replaced them per the bulletin.

If it were not for this forum, I would not have known about the TSB. Thanks everyone!

Does anyone feel that their car handles differently after the control arm replacement? Both my wife and I think ours does. Its not that it handles badly, just seems different now.
