Default O.K. now I AM mad

Well, I took my 2007 HCH with 2500 miles in to have some problems fixed....9/17 the problems were:
1. lower than expected mileage.
2. Drivers window coming off track.
3. Drivers floor mat nearly worn through.
4. Paint Marring on the trunk under the spoiler.
5. Plastic trim in the right vent window popping up.
6. Check gas cap came on for the 2nd and would NOT reset.
7. Check for wheel bering recall.
8. Car pulling to the right from the first week I bought it.

Here is the results as of today 9/20:
1. Reset the trip meter and got great mileage 56 for 10 miles (yea, I can get it up to 75 for 10 miles, SO! my overall is just above 40)
2. They started the window repair and discovered they did not have the parts, they are on back order.....
3. Floor mat on back order.
4. Going to repaint the trunk lid & put some kind of spacer on the spoiler.
5. claim they replaced the trim part.
6. no comment on the gas cap warning.
7. Still checking on the recall (funny, I found out it did not apply here within 10 minutes)
8. They did an alignment but it is "normal" for cars to pull to the right on "our" roads, funny the 2007 (gas) Civic loaner they gave me doesn't.

Yes they did give me a loaner, it is part of their package "buy from us & get a loaner for life" but right now, since they don't expect to have my car ready until AT LEAST Thursday 9/27 I am really not happy with this Civic DX while paying for a HCH. I am also not happy with the amount of time it is taking for repair.
I did complain to HOA about the problems and the "service manager" has been assigned to look after my car (if only he was ever there).....oh yeah, he wants to talk to me about mileage and driving on crowned roads..... I guess I need to take him out and show him how I drive and that I can get 75 to 150 mpg for a limited time.

I have no confidence that the repairs on this car are going to be right. I guess I have no choice but let them try and raise cain with HOA if they care.

looks like you have had every little problem and more. Were the floor mats free?? Mine wore through in 2 weeks.

No, the floor mats came with the car, so, I guess they cost about $24,000

Sorry. I wasn't very specific. I meant the replacement ones. Are they replacing them for free or do you have to buy new ones?

Mileage can depend on where you live and the terrain. EPA figures won't even be possible in some places.

As for all the problems I'd ask do you drive your car hard??? I can hardly believe the interior of the car (aside from floormats) could degrade that quickly.

I had the same problem with my vent window. Dealer never did figure out what was wrong.

Mine does the same thing and will not stay down. I think I will use some crazy glue next time.

The plastic part that sits between the top of the dash & the vent window, it has the vent for the side defroster in it. And yes, they are covering the floor mats under the warranty so the replacements are free.
