masgian;
I can't believe that I am still here on this Post but I guess there must be some reason.
Here's my Last Shot at this. I work for a Dealership and have been there for the Past 10-Yrs. I am going to share some insider information with you.
I hope you purchased your hybrid at the same dealer that would be servicing it for you. So I will at this Point take it that this is the case. So with that being said here goes.
Take your car into the dealership and when you have the car written up by the {Service-Consultant} tell him/her that you want your Service Work done by a {MASTER-TECHNICIAN} and not by the
(Hourly Oil Change Technician's). They usually Do-Not assign that kind of Routine Service to a Master tech. but you can Request it if you choose. Also if you ask in a Very Nice way you could meet the Master Tech and introduce yourself to him. I hope that this will relieve your Mind on having your Hybrid Serviced by your dealer and maybe you can go then to your Dealer with the Confidence that one should have in there Honda Dealership.
Good-Luck and Happy motoring
Terry
