Default possible air bag recall? (2-door '06 Civic only, not HCH)

This was posted on Consumerreports.org recently. I don't know if it applies to the Hybrid (it should have the same basic electronics), but thought I would post it just in case:

'06 Honda Civic

Because of faulty-electronic component, front passenger air bag could deploy even if infant or small child is sitting that location, increasing risk of injury in crash.

Models: 12,756 two-door passenger vehicles. Hazard exists because front passenger occupant detection system (ODS) might not function properly. The ODS is designed to detect the weight of an infant or small child in the front passenger seat and prevent air bag from deploying in crash. Young children could be seriously injured by frontal air bags, and should be seated in other areas of the vehicle.

What to do: Have dealer replace ODS unit. For information, call Honda at 800 999-1009.

There are no two-door HCHs.

Oops, sorry. I didn't notice the 2 door part. Guess I jumped the gun on that one. Moderator, please remove this post if not applicable (I did edit the title of the post to exclude '06 HCH).
