I just got my '08 Civic Hybrid yesterday. I've been reading a lot of the posts here and have a question concerning Recalls. Is there a Site that lists them for the '08? Since I got it yesterday would it have all the work done already?

Make an account at www.ahm-ownerlink.com (if you haven't already). The site will display any recalls for your vehicle. The site will also email you if any new recalls arise. Honda will also send you a notice in the mail if there are any recalls.
As far as I know, there are no recalls so far for the 2008. Unless there was a recall today, your car SHOULD have all the work done.
I have a 2007 and there have been no recalls so far, so I doubt there are any for your 2008. There were a few recalls and recals for the 2006, because it was the first HCHII. They have worked the bugs out in the 07 and 08. Honda will notify you if there are any new recalls.
