Default Good info on that can be found here:

"The engine demonstrates a rather flat torque curve. Peak power output is 61 kW (83 PS) at 5700 rpm. Maximum torque figures is 119 Nm at 2800 rpm, but approximately 90 per cent of that torque is available between 2000 and 5000 rpm."

This is on page 5 of an 11 page report on the Civic IMA system - very good information !!!

Hi Larsb:

___Nice link …

___Electrictroy, I believe Hondanews.com has posted the HP/Torque curves of the HCH in previous detailed write ups. I would start there myself.

___Good Luck

Worthless. That's NOT a curve, and also those are the engine+motor stats. I wanted only the *engine* curve, and I wanted the torque at 2000 rpm.

Bummer. Found nothing there. Just lots of text, and no curves.

Troy, I spent about half an hour yesterday looking for an actual HCH Torque Curve chart, and I could not find one, so I posted what I could find. Calling it "worthless" was not required.

Sorry, I'm just grumpy. I'm the president of a local club & I'm tired of people offering to help the club (mow the grass, donate picnic tables, build a sign), and then doing nothing. They are nothing but talk.

When I saw your answer, which didn't help, I suddenly remembered those lazy club members, and lashed out.
