Just filled up my ( Insight 10.6 gal ) tank for a single $20 bill.

Nov. 1st I found Octane 87 GAS ( not even E10 ) for $1.859 in Missouri.

In MO they call the E10 "mid grade" and it has 89 octane and usually goes for a dime more. Go figure! Most other states discount the E10.

My last fillup under $20 was a few months ago when I had to mow the lawn. And that was still pretty close.

(It's actually an '09!)
