30,000 California HOV stickers left

I just called the part of the California DMV today, 12-20-2005, that handles these stickers.

They told me that 30,000 of the 75,000 are left.

She also told me that they will not process the application with only the VIN.
You must wait till the plates arrive.

Their phone number is 800 242 4450.
She would not predict how long they will last.
