I'm cool w/that.
Did anyone happen to catch CSPAN II's coverage 10:45 AM EDT, Thursday morning; titled Climate change and National Security with opposing lectures by former CIA director James Woolsey and a William O'keefe, director of an *think tank* institution?

I caught the last 20 minutes or so but was rather interesting to here the differing views (monologue form, non-debate).
Mr. Woolsey let loose his bragging rights to 60 mpg! city driving in his Prius!! lol (Maybe Jason could give his office a shout and invite him to salute the troops here?)
Furthermore, Mr Woolsey was pretty passionate in his convinction that a massive national transformation was needed achieving 100 mpg - 500 mpg gasoline equivalent efficiency. (that being technological conversion to advanced plug-in hybrid versions posssibly using equivalent to 50 cent/gallon electrical charge and also using new fuels such as diesel Hybrid and up to 85% content, non-corn based ethanol such as cheap bagasse/sugar, grass, and other).
Was pretty interesting show I must say, while I had to disagree with the other guest, Mr. O'Keefe, who basically was arguing for status quo and scoffed at need to develop so called "Green-transportation".
