CNW - With friends like these, who needs . . .
This is both my apology to Martin and an improved model for "CNW Marketing."
There are 'human parasites', people who for one reason or another decided that something for which they have no clue, skills or understanding was "just their thing." These folks will waste every free second or resource they can get their hands on while earnestly believing they are helping. But in fact, they are human parasites to be avoided at all cost . . . trolls with a positive attitude. That is most likly CNW Marketing's relationship to GM. With friends like CNW Marketing, GM needs no enemies.
It is hard to tell them to go away when their intention, no matter how badly executed, appears to be supportive. But their help is often so lame that it takes more effort to fix it than to just abandon it. Curiously, they will 'work for free' . . . only even "free" over-values what their work is worth.
So looking at CNW Marketing's work and how badly it was done, I seriously doubt that any company would claim sponsorship. Sure, some of the anti-hybrid crowd are willing to cite CNW's conclusions but they are not stupid enough to actually pay for it. This is CNW's shame alone.
