Default Flamesuit on! CNW just hit SNOPES!

Time to light up SNOPES Forum. Looks like SNOPES is leaning in favor of Art on this one...

http://message.snopes.com/showthread.php?t=8560

Wish me luck guys... I'm going in!

Dang.... I'll pull out notepad till I'm "approved"

Thing that kills me is the Article was posted with a positve spin by the forum ADMINISTRATOR.

PS: I know I've posted this at CM too, but thought this still might be of interest here.

The first posting dates from May 10th? I tried to go from snopes.com and drill down to find the article but so far, have yet to find a good path.

GOOD LUCK!

Not that article again! At least most of the responses show common sense. My faith in humanity as a whole has been saved temporarily once again.

So I found the original article? Someone's response brought me to it: http://clubs.ccsu.edu/recorder/edito...asp?NewsID=188

It's funny how ignorant and stupid he is in his response to "quite a bit of debate"
http://clubs.ccsu.edu/recorder/edito...asp?NewsID=203

If the Tesla roadster only cost $30,000 like he says in the article, then I think the top people of Tesla would be getting Nobel prizes right now. I know we have free speech in this country, but sometimes people make free speech cheap, or however the saying goes.

The kid is lost and not worth any more time. He wrote warmed over junk posted in a Libertarian web site without attribution. He has combined both lazy with intellectual dishonesty and as far as I'm concerned, not worth any more time.

Call it what it is: plagiarism. He literally plagiarized the CNW "research" and the article has been refuted so many times... so many times.

Well, in an entry to my blog I did call it...

The anti-hybrid "dust to dust" cost study that just won't die, but needs to

I didn't post a critique for months because I assumed, foolishly, that few people would take such an obviously flawed report seriously.

It would be hilarious if it did get branded a hoax on snopes, putting it in the same category as the "Microsoft will pay you a buck for every time you forward this message."

Ha, I made a much smaller link-farm blog entry here too.
