Default Free meter parking in San Antonio
I just came across a program for San Antonio residents where the city gives free parking at any downtown meter to registered hybrid owners.

I don't know if you noticed, but it says it's a pilot program that ended on April 30, 2007.

Yes but the city decided to extend it indefinitely.
