I agree though that it seems like the EPA thinks NOx and VOC are bigger ozone builders than CO. (Yes, I'm bringing in VOC in the discussion...

And where does VOC come from?)

I can't believe how much we have written about this... I'd just like to see a big International study comparing emissions from modern and future diesels with modern and future gassers. Or maybe we should just leave this fossil fuel discussion and start discussing other sources of energy in cars, which is for sure more interesting.
