3 1/2 Years ago I lived in the city of Duluth , Georgia.
I lived right next to the local high school.
Duluth is well known in the area as being SERIOUS about crime prevention and
setting up speed traps.
Money seems to be no object when it comes to crime prevention.
I wish I could remember what exact model car they drove but they were GM and resemble a Grand AM.

I was outside in the front yard at about 2AM when I saw something move down the
high school road.
There it rolled by in complete silence a black Duluth police car on his patrol.
All his lights were off and I only caught a reflection off of his black car at first.
No engine could be heard running from only a few feet away.
It just rolled by on its own power.
Mabe a hundred feet further I heard the engine start running, he turned his driving/headlights on and drove off.
I remember thinking that he had an electric car or something.
Did they make an electric option so police could be stealthy?
Wonder what I saw? It was pretty wierd. :huh:
